How long have you been in business?
We've been in business since 1976, so we're almost at the 35 year mark!
What is your primary product or service?
We do not have one primary product or service. We have about 4 major departments that are all significant parts of our business. First, we sell office equipment such as mailing machines, letter openers, shredders, folder/inserters, and address printers to name a few. Second, we have our print shop where we can run blueprints, large copies of design plans, color copies, and we do laminations. Next we sell the same wide-format copiers that we use in our own print shop for the people who want to run their own prints at home. Our fourth primary products are contruction lasers, levels, and receivers. "Laser Dave" constantly travels around local job-sites to sell and repair construction laser equipment. Finally, we have a factory trained and certified staff to service all of the equipment that we sell.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner started selling Friden calculators many many years ago... Friden is now Neopost, who manufactures the mailing machines that we sell.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have been committed to providing our customers with quality products and excellent customer service from the beginning. Our goal is to always be proficient with the latest technologies in our industry and with the products that we represent.
We believe that one of our greatest assets is our knowledgeable and courteous staff. Our product representatives are always available to assist you in assessing your business needs, and our Factory Authorized Service Department has been fully trained to serve you and your company in your time of need.
We believe in building solid business relationships with our customers on a foundation of honesty, integrity and trust.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location in Springfield.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, cards, and credit on account if you have an established account with us.
Which areas do you service?
For Neopost equipment, we can sell to and service all areas in Oregon, South of Salem. For all other products and services we do not have a limited territory.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We have about 19 employees, including the owner, who run the daily operations here.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Pacific)
